Overview

New Brand - Mixa Brand Activation Manager - Consumer Products Division

Are you passionate about innovative campaigns and want to be part of a new brand adventure? We are on the lookout for a Brand Activation Manager to join L'Oréal UKI's Mixa team and be a key player in driving the body care market and be part of a new brand launch.

A Day in the Life

As our Brand Activation Manager, you'll be at the forefront of the MIXA brand launch. You will have the unique opportunity to build the launch plan in A4 2025 and to implement & animate it from Q1 2026! Your typical day might involve:

  • O+O Product Portfolio Management: Overseeing Mixa product portfolio, analysing performance, identifying gaps and opportunities, and contributing to new product development and lifecycle management.
  • Manage product category performance: Analyse market trends and competitor activity using tools like Nielsen/Boots IRI
  • Creative Campaign Development: Conceptualizing and developing innovative, boundary-pushing campaigns that capture consumer attention and drive brand love across various platforms.
  • Manage media strategy: Partner with media agencies to develop effective media plans across various channels, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and budget.
  • Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across DMI and Zone teams, ensuring alignment on brand strategy and initiatives.
  • Understand the consumer: Collaborate with creative agencies and CMI to develop insight-led content and campaigns.
  • Ownership of pdp quality and ecomm assets: Partner with ecomm team to build best in class UK assets for ecomm (pdp, retailer banner, etc)
  • Lead social media strategy: Develop and implement innovative social media campaigns that amplify brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive conversions. Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. Collaborate with the Mixa Love Advocacy team and Influencer Agency.
  • Manage brand budget and P&L: Own the Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budget and contribute to the overall brand P&L. Focus on driving sustainable growth by managing Gross Margin and REX targets.
