Job description

About Us

ARNE is an apparel and footwear brand/retailer based in Birchwood Park near Warrington, UK. We design and develop our products in the UK, manufacture in the near & far east and then ship directly to our customers, via ARNEclo.com. We have recently branched out and are now also available via Selfridges both in store and online, with plans for our own very first store set to open in summer 2025.

We have ambitious objectives over the next decade with the team believing all targets are achievable through new product category launches in shoes and womenswear alongside the creation of paid media, CRM activity and further international growth to amplify the great product / brand assets we have already created.

We have come a long way from Mum's bungalow where it started in 2018, to our all-new fully bespoke HQ. This office will be our home for the next 5-10 years at least and although it's not quite our style to shout too loudly, it is the place where we aim to take the brand GLOBAL and become a truly iconic UK brand.

About The Team

We're a fast-moving, collaborative marketing team focused on building an elevated, consistent brand. You'll work closely with creative, product, and studio teams to bring campaigns to life from concept to execution. We value fresh thinking, clear results, and cross-functional teamwork.

Requirements

About the role

Reporting to our Head of Brand, you'll lead the planning and execution of brand experiences that drive consumer engagement and deliver measurable business results. This role will be responsible for bringing the brand to life through campaigns, partnerships, and activations both online and offline, that increase awareness, affinity, and conversion.

What Will You Do

  • Develop and implement all brand activation plans aligned with overall marketing and business goals
  • Identify key activation opportunities across channels (events, partnerships, retail, digital, etc.)
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of brand activations, including events, pop-ups, influencer collaborations, sponsorships, and partnerships
  • Ensure consistency of brand messaging and tone across all touchpoints
  • Work closely with brand, creative, digital, and product teams to align activations with go-to-market strategies
  • Liaise with agencies and vendors to manage creative development, logistics, and performance tracking
  • Manage activation budgets effectively, ensuring ROI from all initiatives
  • Track KPIs and produce post-activation reports and insights to inform future activity
  • Leverage market research and customer data to inform activation strategy and improve engagement
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms

What Will Success Look Like

  • Activations support brand and business goals with clear KPIs
  • Campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and with cross-functional coordination
  • Activations drive measurable increases in brand awareness, engagement, and preference
  • Brings fresh, impactful ideas that elevate brand presence and stand out in the market
  • Delivers strong performance outcomes, optimising spend and demonstrating value
  • Builds trust and alignment across internal teams, agencies, and partners
  • Uses data to refine strategy and improve future activations

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Events, or a related field
  • 4-6 years of experience in brand marketing, experiential marketing, or activation roles
