Brand Activation Manager

Area – Edinburgh, Livingston, Falkirk, Dunfermline, Kirkcaldy

THE ROLE OF BRAND ACTIVATION MANAGER:

Thanks to further growth and development of our service offering, we are now partnering with an innovative global brand who manufacture a range of nicotine pouches. This brand has major opportunities for growth in the UK market with a focus on independent retail.

Your responsibilities will include:

• researching and identifying new distribution points through varied lead generation tactics
• building and nurturing close working relationships with independent retailers & store managers to drive sales of the range
• building brand awareness through excellent instore execution
• gathering feedback and market insight to inform launch strategy optimisation
• being the face of the brand at field level taking ownership over the success in your area

ABOUT YOU:

We are looking for someone with:

• experience within B2B or B2C sales positions – this could be either internal or field sales experience
• a great team player with an outgoing personality
• effective time management to ensure high levels of productivity
• a commercially minded approach with a desire to hit and exceed targets
• proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft outlook)
• a full UK driving license

WHAT WE OFFER:

In return for your skills and experience, we offer:

• base salary £28,000
• commission: £4,200 on top per year upon hitting targets
• £5,000 car allowance
