Branch & Workshop Manager – Inverurie

37.5 hours per week (plus Saturday morning rota)We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Branch & Workshop Manager to lead our busy Inverurie branch.

This is a great opportunity for someone with both technical know-how and strong leadership skills. You’ll oversee the day-to-day running of the branch—including retail operations and our service workshop—while driving performance, motivating your team, and ensuring excellent customer service.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading branch operations to ensure smooth, efficient service.
  • Managing a small team, including performance, training, and rotas.
  • Maintaining a well-presented showroom and strong customer relationships.
  • Managing stock, driving sales, and working to margin targets.
  • Ensuring health & safety and quality procedures are followed.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in a branch or workshop management role.
  • Mechanical/technical background (e.g. HND/SVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
  • Great leadership and people management skills.
  • Confidence with IT systems and business reporting.
  • A flexible, solutions-focused approach.
