Job summary

Securitas UK is hiring a Branch Support Officer in Fife. The role is 48 hours per week across days, nights and weekends, with pay of £15.10 per hour.

You'll join a global security brand and receive comprehensive training and development. You'll protect people and property, perform patrols and searches, keep detailed records, and deliver outstanding customer service while contributing to a safe, welcoming site.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA licence.
• Driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.
• Right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history.
• Eligible to obtain (SC) Security Clearance (British nationality, valid passport, UK residence 5 years).
• Good communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Keep people, property and information safe.
• Conduct patrols to deter suspicious activity and safeguard areas.
• Perform detailed record-keeping of security incidents and observations.
• Coordinate with colleagues and external authorities to report incidents and coordinate responses.

Responsibilities

You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:

• Active Patrols:Regularly patrol designated areas to detect and deter suspicious activity. Your vigilance will ensure a safe and secure environment for everyone
• Thorough Searches:Conduct detailed searches, following our comprehensive company policies and procedures. Your meticulous attention to detail will help keep our restricted areas safe
• Detailed Record-Keeping:Maintain accurate records and complete necessary paperwork related to security incidents and observations
• Effective Communication:Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors and various external authorities to report incidents and coordinate responses to security issues
• Exceptional Customer Service:Provide outstanding customer service to employees, visitors, and guests with professionalism and courtesy
