Branch Supervisor - Rugby - Plumb Centre

As a Branch Supervisor based in Rugby, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Branch Manager in running the branch’s day-to-day activities, including all operating processes and procedures.

  • Take charge when the Branch Manager is unavailable.

  • Supervise and motivate the team to achieve branch goals.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.

  • Warehouse duties which will involve heavy manual work

This is a full-time, permanent, role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 07.30am - 17.00pm and Saturday mornings on a rota basis 08.00am - 12.00pm.
