As a Branch Supervisor in Walthamstow, your responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Branch Manager with daily operations in this small branch
• Building rapport with customers & suppliers, handling inquiries, and processing sales
• Serving customers on the trade counter with advice and product knowledge
• Performing warehouse duties such as goods in & out, picking, and packing, including manual handling of heavy items like boilers, radiators, sinks, and toilets

This is a full-time, permanent role, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with varying hours and Saturday mornings on a rota basis, typically until 12 pm.

Requirements for success:

• Previous industry or merchant experience (desirable)
• Face-to-face sales and customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in customer interactions
