As a Branch Supervisor based in Cambridge you’ll be responsible for:

• Assisting the Branch Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch.

• Building strong relationships with both customers and suppliers by managing enquiries promptly and processing sales efficiently.

• Proactively identifying opportunities to drive branch growth offering excellent customer service.

• Leading and motivating the team to achieve and exceed branch KPI's

This is a full time permanent position working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday along with Saturday mornings on a rota 8am - 12noon when needed.
