Branch Sales Manager – Crystal Palace

A multiple award-winning estate agency with a reputation for exceptional service and a strong focus on employee development is seeking an experienced Branch Sales Manager to lead their successful Crystal Palace office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and driven individual to oversee both sales and lettings operations, with excellent earning potential and a supportive work environment.

The Package:

  • Basic Salary:Up to £35,000, dependent on experience.
  • Guaranteed Minimum Commission: For the first 4 months to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Uncapped Commission Structure: Scaled up to 15%, with realistic OTE of £60,000+.
  • Quarterly Bonuses: Available for achieving Financial Services (FS) and Solicitor Referral targets.
  • Annual Bonus: £10,000 available if the office meets its annual sales and lettings targets.
  • Additional Fees: Earn extra income through successful internal referrals to FS or Development teams.
  • Company Car: Unbranded vehicle provided, with reclaimable fuel during working hours and personal use permitted.
