WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED is seeking a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager. The role pays £28,200 per year with an OTE of £35,220 and involves a 42.5-hour week on a rotating pattern, including weekends.

You will lead branch activities, focus on customer service, and drive sales targets across our growing UK network. The position suits an experienced, customer-facing professional who can work independently and build strong relationships, while benefiting from a fantastic monthly bonus and annual

Qualifications

• A current full UK manual driving license.
• Experience in a target driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and by yourself.
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure the efficient running of branches; be the main contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Do appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver excellent customer service.
• Liaise with the back office and colleagues.
• Assist the transport department when not buying cars.
