Purosearch Ltd. is assisting a well-established Exeter clinic to recruit a Branch Partner Vet who will take the helm of the practice, lead a dedicated team, and set clinical standards within a supportive Partnership network.

You will own day-to-day operations, benefit from mentorship, out-of-hours support via a local hub, and enjoy a low initial investment with profit share and an eventual exit buyback as the clinic grows.

Qualifications

• Veterinary Surgeon with leadership aspiration.
• Experience taking ownership and expanding clinic potential.
