You will lead clinical excellence and nurture client relationships while benefiting from a central support team handling HR, marketing, finance, and operations. As a Partner, you share in profits and have a guaranteed option to sell shares at pre-agreed values every two years, with potential to build equity worth over £1.2m in 10 years.

Qualifications

• GP vet with ambition and leadership drive
• Experience in leading or managing a team is advantageous
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Comfort with strategic business aspects of a veterinary practice

Responsibilities
