Job description

Location: Home-based, with regular travel to the Watford Support Centre and clinical sites.

Our Branch Partnership model is at the core of what makes us different. It empowers veterinary professionals not only as clinicians but as co-owners and leaders within their practices.

In this strategic and highly visible role, you will act as the primary contact and advocate for our Branch Partners. You’ll ensure they are supported, informed and confident in their connection with Medivet. Your insight will help shape the future of our partnership model, driving operational excellence and fostering deep professional engagement across the network.

What you’ll do:

  • Build influential and trusted relationships with Branch Partners across the UK

  • Align business goals with the aspirations of our Partners to achieve shared success

  • Represent Partner perspectives at senior leadership forums

  • Lead communications and engagement planning for our Partner community

  • Chair and evolve the Branch Partner Council as a high-performing representative body

  • Oversee service quality supporting our Partners through collaboration cross-functionally with Operations, Clinical, HR, Finance, and Commercial teams

  • Coordinate lifecycle milestones including onboarding, development and exit planning

What you’ll bring:

  • Significant experience in stakeholder engagement or business partnering

  • A track record of building long-term relationships with senior professionals

  • Strong influencing, interpersonal and problem-solving skills

  • Commercial insight within clinical or multi-site environments

  • A proactive, self-led approach to driving meaningful outcomes

  • Desirable attributes include experience in healthcare or professional services, a familiarity with partnership or franchise models, and an understanding of governance and lifecycle management.

  • Veterinary background is welcomed but not essential.
