Qualifications

  • Full UK Driving Licence required.

A day in the life of a Branch Partner

  • Leading daily meetings with the Estate Agency team
  • Coaching the team to achieve KPIs
  • Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance, including conducting one-to-one meetings
  • Encouraging your team's development and progression
  • Strong focus on generating new and repeat business
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
  • Liaising with prospective buyers and arranging property viewings based on their needs
  • Negotiating offers and closing sales
  • Ensuring the business adheres to compliance standards and manages risks effectively

Essential Skills of a Branch Partner

  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience within Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator, Property Valuer, or higher
  • Ability to work well with others to foster a team spirit and positive working environment
  • Effective communication skills to build trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, communities, and colleagues
  • Ability to create and implement business plans relevant to your branch
  • Competence in monitoring and assessing local competitors’ performance
  • Strong understanding of current legislation related to Estate Agency
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Good telephone manner
  • Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office packages
