A day in the life of a Branch Partner
- Leading daily meetings with the Estate Agency team
- Coaching the team to achieve KPIs
- Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance, including conducting one-to-one meetings
- Encouraging your team's development and progression
- Strong focus on generating new and repeat business
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
- Liaising with prospective buyers and arranging property viewings based on their needs
- Negotiating offers and closing sales
- Ensuring the business adheres to compliance standards and manages risks effectively
Essential Skills of a Branch Partner
- Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator, Property Valuer, or higher
- Ability to work well with others to foster a team spirit and positive working environment
- Effective communication skills to build trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, communities, and colleagues
- Ability to create and implement business plans relevant to your branch
- Competence in monitoring and assessing local competitors’ performance
- Strong understanding of current legislation related to Estate Agency
- Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Good telephone manner
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office packages
