£60k OTE uncapped commission

We operate from over 50 locations across the UK. Due to this success, we now have an amazing opportunity for a Branch Operations Manager for one of our newest branches in Warrington.

The Role
  • Business Development - To ensure the team converts new clients and maximizes potential within existing clients.
  • Service Delivery - Responsible for all activity related to the efficient and effective provision of service to meet the requirements of each client's contractual obligations.
  • Financial Performance - Understand the financial position of the Branch Operations Manager in relation to both the desk and branch profitability and be able to translate this through to your teams. Show competency in understanding the figures & take appropriate actions.
  • Development - Ensuring we have the best-trained employees who can adapt to the changing market and client needs.
We Offer
  • A competitive basic salary of £35,000 per annum.
  • Uncapped commission with no threshold on gross & net revenue.
  • Additional targeted bonuses of up to £4,000 per annum in quarterly payments.
