Urgent Hire: Branch Operations Manager
Location: Ilkeston
Salary: Up to £35,000 (DOE)

What You'll Do:
  1. Lead, coach, and inspire the warehouse and logistics teams to exceed expectations
  2. Oversee day-to-day operations using state-of-the-art warehouse management systems
  3. Analyze performance, tackle challenges, and implement solutions to drive growth
  4. Maintain top-notch customer service by ensuring orders are delivered efficiently
  5. Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

Who You Are:
  1. An experienced operations leader with a knack for coaching and motivating teams
  2. Cool under pressure, adaptable, and ready to tackle challenges head-on
  3. Data-savvy with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
  4. A natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport

Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Leadership & management certifications (CMI/ILM or similar)
  2. Level 3 in Warehousing Management
  3. Familiarity with Warehouse Stock Management systems and processes

Working Hours:
  1. 45 hours/week: Monday to Friday (8.5-hour days) + alternate Saturdays
  2. Shifts between 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break
