Branch Operations Manager required for a market leading rental company of industrial power and tool equipment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to play an integral role in the creation and set up of a new branch within an established company.

This role would suit an experienced branch or operational manager (or similar) with experience working with power and tool products such as generators, hoisting equipment, welding equipment or similar.

The Branch Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company’s Edinburgh branch as they diversify their power and tool product range. You will initially oversee a small engineering team however the company have exciting recruitment plans in place this role will be a key part in overseeing.

The Branch Operations Manager Role:
  • Oversee day to day activities of the company’s Edinburgh branch
  • Focus on customer service and ensuring customer needs are met
  • Development of the team – motivation, coaching and recruitment
  • Maximise service organisation
  • Oversee the delivery, installation and removal of equipment
  • Ensure QHSE compliance
  • Occasional travel to customer sites and other branches
The Branch Operations Manager Candidate:
  • Experience in a branch manager or operational role (or similar)
  • Experience with power and tool rental – generators, hoisting equipment, welding equipment or similar
  • QMS understanding
  • Change management experience
