Due to our success, we now have an exciting opportunity for a Branch Operations Manager to start up and open one of our newest branches in the Bristol area.

The Role
  • Business Development: Ensure the team converts new clients and maximizes potential within existing clients.
  • Service Delivery: Responsible for activity related to the efficient and effective provision of service to meet contractual obligations.
  • Financial Performance: Understand the financial position of the branch, including profitability, and take appropriate actions. Show competency in understanding financial figures.
  • Development: Ensure employees are well-trained and adaptable to market and client needs.

  • A basic salary of £35,000 per annum
  • Uncapped commission with no threshold on gross & net revenue
