SUCCESS TALENT is seeking a Branch Merchandiser to take end-to-end ownership of outlet performance across key European locations, based in London. The role focuses on assortment, inventory, pricing, and in-store execution with full accountability for sales, margin and stock health.

It is a senior, trading-focused position requiring a strong track record in outlet or off-price environments and a hands-on approach to turning product and data into profit. Regular European travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in retail merchandising.
• Strong background in outlet, off price, or value channels.
• Experience in inventory, markdown, and pricing management.
• Highly analytical with Excel and ERP proficiency.
• Strong stakeholder influence and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly across European store locations.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day performance of multiple outlets with full P&L accountability.
• Build outlet-specific assortment and buying plans.
• Drive inventory turns via allocation and replenishment.
• Own pricing, markdown and discount strategies.
• Monitor daily and weekly trading KPIs.
• Lead in-store visual merchandising to maximise sell-through.
• Collaborate with store teams, supply chain and brand stakeholders.

We're looking for a commercial, hands on Branch Merchandiser to take end to end ownership of factory outlet performance across key European locations.

This is a senior, trading focused role where you'll control assortment, inventory, pricing, and in store execution - with full accountability for sales, margin, and stock health.

The Branch Merchandiser role

You'll own the day to day performance of multiple outlet stores, including:

• Full P&L ownership: sales, margin, and profitability
• Building outlet specific assortment and buying plans
• Driving inventory turns through allocation and replenishment
• Owning pricing, markdown, and discount strategy
• Monitoring daily & weekly trading performance and KPIs
• Leading visual merchandising execution to maximise sell through
• Working closely with store teams, supply chain, and brand stakeholders

This role balances strategic planning with sleeves rolled up trading execution.
