WE NEED YOU TO:

  1. Ensure customer service is of the highest standards at all times.
  2. Be a role model for your team and uphold your own service standards.
  3. Meet and maintain all store and company sales targets, operational goals, policies, and procedures.
  4. Actively liaise, communicate, and develop good relations with your team and Senior Management.
  5. Maintain a high-performance team through effective management of productivity, individual targets, employee relations, and coaching.
  6. Manage staff scheduling and meet payroll budgets, adapting to trading patterns.
  7. Rota your team effectively to ensure optimal coverage during peak trading periods.
  8. Protect the Kurt Geiger brand and ensure all team members meet personal presentation standards.
  9. Ensure the store maintains excellent visual presentation aligned with company guidelines.
  10. Embody the KG DNA: Customer Focused, Brand Focused, SHINE, Driven, & Inclusive.

YOU WILL NEED:

  1. Previous retail management experience.
  2. Experience with a fashion-forward footwear, accessory, or fashion brand.
  3. To be a customer service ambassador.
  4. Proven ability to drive sales and team performance to KPIs.
  5. Immaculate presentation, representing our luxury/fashion-forward brand in every way.
