What makes a successful Branch Manager?

  • You lead by example with strong leadership skills, experience in team management, coaching, and motivating colleagues.
  • You have at least 2 years of travel sales experience and supervisory experience.
  • You meet your own sales targets and motivate your team to achieve theirs.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills are essential.
