Job summary

GoldUnion is expanding its UK footprint and seeking a Branch Manager to lead a boutique in a high-visibility town. You will drive sales growth, manage daily operations, and deliver a premium customer experience while handling high-value transactions with strict compliance.

No prior precious metals experience is required as full paid training will be provided. The role offers a competitive base salary with uncapped commission and strong regional marketing support.

Qualifications

• Exceptional negotiation skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a single-person branch.
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
• Right to Work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Manage branch autonomously as the local face of GoldUnion.
• Assess and purchase precious metals (gold, jewellery, coins).
• Build customer relationships and deliver high-end, trusted service.
• Ensure AML, KYC, security procedures and laws are followed.
• Maintain excellent presentation and visibility within the branch.
