You will work closely with your Area Manager to implement local business strategies, reach performance targets, and lead with effective leadership. Your responsibilities include defining daily objectives, driving KPIs, developing monthly plans, managing store administration, inventory, daily operations, and fostering employee wellbeing and engagement through regular 1-to-1s and genuine team connections.
