Job description

Branch Manager - North East London

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Manager to join a friendly and well-known Estate Agency based in North East London.

As a Manager, you will lead the sales team, being held accountable for their individual targets and ensuring the overall office targets are exceeded.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Maximising revenues and growing the property register
  2. Utilising the company's technology to generate and develop new business
  3. Carrying out all market appraisals and winning new instructions within the local marketplace
  4. Acting as an industry expert to clients, applicants, and colleagues, including cross-selling of other services
  5. Developing and executing clear management strategies
  6. Managing a team of negotiators and ensuring targets are exceeded
  7. Overseeing the company’s sales pipeline and ensuring properties move forward to change of contracts

The successful applicant will need to possess the following skills:

  1. A desire to play a core role in significantly scaling a business
  2. A proven track record in Estate Agency
  3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas concisely
  4. Enjoy working in a team environment
  5. Strong interpersonal skills
  6. A desire to progress and challenge oneself continually
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
  8. Minimum of 5 years Estate Agency experience
  9. Minimum of 1 year's experience at management level
  10. ARLA or NAEA qualification would be an advantage

This Branch Manager position offers a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate with long-term career prospects.

The hours will be: Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6 pm; Saturdays, 9 am - 6 pm (with a day off in the week); 1 in 4 Saturdays off.

Salary range: between £25,000 pa to £30,000 pa basic, with an OTE of around £60,000 to £65,000 pa.
