Travis Perkins plc is recruiting for a Branch Manager at our Minworth branch. Lead a team of sales, drivers and warehouse staff to drive sales, safeguard stock, and ensure first-class service. You’ll manage admin, operations, and deliveries while shaping a positive, safe culture.

You’ll develop your team, build strong customer relationships, and deliver consistent profitability in a busy branch environment. No weekend shifts, with a competitive package and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Commercially aware with a solid understanding of business and financial performance.
• Excellent communicator who can engage with a wide range of people effectively.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision while keeping the team engaged.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
• Proven leader who can inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
• Proficient in IT and comfortable using it for day-to-day tasks.
• Skilled in interpreting basic financial and statistical data for decision-making.
• Experience in a similar role or as an Assistant Branch Manager.
