As a Branch Manager, you oversee the branch's performance and daily operations, ensuring excellent customer experience, achievement of financial goals, and operational efficiency. You will lead and coach a team, manage sales activities, deepen customer relationships, and ensure compliance with banking regulations. This role involves fostering a positive work environment to drive employee engagement and productivity. You will develop a culture within the branch that emphasizes quality and continuous improvement.

• Lead overall branch performance, achieve sales targets, optimize operations, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue and market share.
• Motivate sales teams and manage pipelines of prospects and customers.
• Engage in consultative conversations to offer tailored solutions, fostering customer loyalty and increasing productivity.
• Analyze performance data to drive strategic decisions.

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 3+ years in retail bank sales management or related operations; or 5+ years in retail sales management; or 12+ months with Santander in a related role.
• Proven sales leadership, relationship-building, and customer-centric skills.
• Leadership, coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to leverage digital tools and make data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of compliance, risk management, and loss prevention.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and evenings.

Additional Information:
