Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK
• 2+ years in Estate Agency at Senior Negotiator or Valuer level

Responsibilities

• Lead daily meetings with the Estate Agency team
• Coach the team to achieve KPI targets
• Monitor and review individual performance and conduct one-to-ones
• Drive new and repeat business and develop client relationships
• Liaise with buyers and Vendors and arrange viewings
• Negotiate offers and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
