Branch Manager - Slough, UK
Location: Slough
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Are you an experienced engineer ready to step into a strategic leadership role? We're looking for a Branch Manager with a strong engineering background to lead and grow our Slough-based operations. Whether you're a former engineer looking to move into management or someone already leading technical teams, this is a fantastic opportunity to apply your expertise in a commercial and operational setting.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead and manage all branch operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high service standards

  • Plan and allocate resources to meet commercial and operational targets

  • Champion best practices in Health & Safety and regulatory compliance

  • Oversee financial and administrative management, including budget planning and reporting

  • Build strong client and stakeholder relationships while identifying new business opportunities

  • Work closely with the Project Management team to support seamless project delivery

  • Monitor branch performance and report key KPIs to senior leadership

  • Inspire and support your team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement

  • Act as the main link between the branch and senior leadership, ensuring strategic alignment
