We are recruiting for a Branch Manager on behalf of a successful and well-established Electrical Wholesale business.

As the Branch Manager, you will have full autonomy over sales, purchasing, staffing, and logistics.

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for managing and achieving branch budgets and targets.
  2. Developing strategies for increasing existing business, new business, and lapsed accounts.
  3. Providing comprehensive training and development for staff.
  4. Ensuring that your team meets operational standards.
  5. Participating in proactive and reactive sales – both internally and externally based.
  6. Assessing market conditions and identifying opportunities.

Skills / Experience:

  1. Electrical Wholesale experience within a branch management or a field sales role.
  2. Confident working with key performance indicators with an impressive track record in delivering on sales, profit, and margin targets.
  3. Ability to motivate a team and lead by example.
  4. Ability to communicate at all levels, whether it be with your team or negotiating with your customer.
  5. Dynamic, good sense of humour, and a passion for the electrical wholesale industry.
