Overview

Branch Manager. We are looking for a Branch Manager to inspire the next generation of consultants, resourcers and administrators. We are into our 16th year of trading and have built up a reputation with hundreds of schools. We are regarded as one of the most established names in the Education Recruitment industry and value our people; it is imperative they are looked after.

As a Branch Manager, we seek someone who can grow with the brand, develop people, strengthen customer service, forecast, and who understands HR to advise staff when needed. The company aims to avoid plateauing and seeks a forward-thinking person to develop the business and grow the brand with fresh ideas. We have a 3-year plan to open additional branches and potentially offer shares to senior staff, while maintaining the current growth trajectory. We have a proven model that is well established in the field and is unrivalled by competitors.

Responsibilities
  • Grow with the brand and contribute to developing the team and the business.
  • Develop people, customer service skills, and forecasting capabilities.
  • Provide HR guidance to staff when needed.
  • Drive growth and introduce fresh ideas to develop the business and brand.
  • Maintain a consistent growth pattern and deliver the company’s proven model.
  • Lead the team to achieve targets while focusing on long-term candidate and client retention.
Qualifications
  • Based in Harrow On The Hill; must be at management or team leader level.
  • Take ownership and bring personality, experience, and motivation to an existing team of about 12 staff; lead, motivate, influence, and share recruitment industry knowledge.
  • Experience in education recruitment; understand that relationships and delivery matter more than aggressive sales mentality.
