This unique role is suitable for an ambitious and determined individual who wants to progress their career to the next stage within one of the UK and Ireland's leading independent merchants.

Responsibilities
  • Continually improve branch sales and margin
  • Ensure all branch KPI's are achieved
  • Mentor and develop the team
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service
  • Motivate the team to exceed targets
  • Management of stock in line with sales
  • Audit branch systems and procedures with teams
Requirements / Qualifications
  • A proven leader with the ability to drive branch performance in line with Group objectives
  • Target-driven and commercially focused, with a genuine passion for the customer
  • Committed to delivering outstanding customer service and building strong relationships
  • Skilled in leading and managing high-performing teams across sales, operations, and support functions
  • An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and people management skills
  • Experienced in implementing systems and procedures to ensure operational consistency
  • Backed by a strong sales background and a track record of achieving budgets, KPIs, and team compliance
