NAPA Auto Parts in the United Kingdom (Alliance Automotive Group) is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a busy depot and drive sales, service and stock control across the local area. You will motivate a team, manage costs, maintain health and safety standards, and ensure excellent customer relationships while achieving promotional targets and delivering first-class service.

• Manage cash handling and customer accounts.
• Support senior management with policies and procedures.
• Communicate aims and objectives to the team.
• Oversee daily running of the branch.
• Maintain health and safety within the depot.
