NAPA Auto Parts UK & Ireland is seeking a Branch Manager to lead performance, maximise sales, and deliver first-class service across our UK network.

You will manage a branch autonomously, drive team motivation, control costs, and mentor staff while maintaining stock accuracy and strong customer relationships. Prior automotive industry experience and leadership capability are essential.
