This company is a well-established Trade Credit intermediary, looking to develop a General Insurance team. The successful candidate will lead, manage, and develop the business within the commercial arena.
There are significant cross-selling opportunities from existing credit clients. Ideally, candidates will have their own prospects or pipeline, and it would be advantageous if there is a client portfolio that can be transferred after any restrictive covenants expire.
You should have a strong sales background, with previous experience in a commercial broker environment. It is essential that you understand different classes of commercial insurance and products. You must be self-motivated, confident, proactive, and eager to succeed.
