Job description

Purpose of the Role - Branch Manager

To develop a team and business capable of (and dedicated to) leading the market. To present Bradleys in a professional manner, endeavouring to maximise sales and referrals of the complete range of Company activities and to do so whilst satisfying all relevant regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maximise the overall income and profitability of the business.
  2. Train, manage, and lead your own team.
  3. Maintain regular contact with clients.
  4. Carry out viewings and market appraisals in a professional and efficient manner.
  5. Take a proactive interest in the overall success of our business.
  6. Set measurable targets and benchmarks for the team to enhance branch performance from both a customer and financial/cross-selling perspective.
About You
  • An experienced Branch Manager, Senior Sales Negotiator, or experienced Valuer ready for the next step.
  • Preferably with previous successful valuation experience.
  • Able to manage, motivate, and lead a successful team.
  • Show a proven track record in generating new business.
  • Reflect our core company values.
  • Minimum of 2 years Estate Agency Experience.
