LKQ UK & Ireland is seeking a Branch Manager in Slough to lead a high-performing branch, oversee sales and operations, and develop a capable team dedicated to exceptional service. You will drive performance, manage resources, and uphold safety and customer-focused standards across the operation.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, HR involvement, and collaboration with field teams to maximise opportunities while delivering against KPIs in a dynamic retail/logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a large branch team, including line management for the branch team.
• Own all sales, operations, resources and customer service to hit daily targets and KPIs.
• Engage in HR activities such as performance management and recruitment; people are central to success.
• Ensure Health and Safety compliance and drive a safety-first culture across the branch.
• Model company values and promote a customer-focused mindset within the team.
• Collaborate with field teams to maximise customer opportunities.
• Average 46 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am–6pm and alternate Saturdays 8am–4pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading and motivating a large team to put their best foot forward this includes line management responsibility for the branch team
• Full responsibility for all sales, operations, resource and customer service within the branch in order to ensure that we hit our daily sales targets and operational KPIs
• Have an enthusiastic willingness to have a daily involvement in HR, performance management, succession planning and recruitment our people are our most valuable asset
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and branch standards we need you to lead from the front and drive our safety first culture
