Job summary

Flowtech PLC Group’s newly established Skelmersdale branch seeks an entrepreneurial branch manager to own daily operations, grow the customer base and deliver exceptional service. You’ll liaise with customers, process orders, replenish stock and provide technical solutions, while visiting prospective clients to expand the branch’s presence.

The role offers autonomy as the sole on-site employee at first, with support from the Flowtech team. A proactive, sales-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in developing business.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Branch management experience is advantageous.
• Business development experience is advantageous.
• Knowledge of pneumatics, compressed air, fluid power, or related industrial environment is highly desirable.
• British Fluid Power Certificate is advantageous.
• Full UK driving license is essential.
