Job summary

Screwfix in the United Kingdom is seeking a Branch Manager to lead your store team, deliver outstanding customer service and strong results. You’ll motivate your team and drive day-to-day store performance.

You’ll manage budgets, merchandising, stock and profitability while developing people. Your store will have a personality and you’ll support your area’s KPIs within a wider team, aiming for the best customer experience.

• Drive sales – overseeing budgets, P&L statements, merchandising, managing stock and improving profits are all part of your role

• Support the area – as part of a wider team of Branch Managers, you’ll support your area’s KPI’s. Find your fit and champion a specific area, supporting the business and your development.
