Overview

Branch Manager - Cowley

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 OTE + Company Car
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

The Role

As a Branch Manager, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing and growing our client base through business development and account management
• Recruiting and placing temporary and permanent candidates into industrial, logistics, or commercial roles
• Building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
• Leading by example and supporting team members through development
• Working to and exceeding monthly targets and KPIs

What We're Looking For

• Proven success in previous recruitment role (industrial, driving, or commercial preferred)
• Strong business development skills - you\'re confident on the phone and in face-to-face meetings
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• A self-motivated, proactive attitude with a passion for recruitment
• A full UK driving licence (essential)
