Job Description

We are seeking a driven and hands-on Branch Manager to lead a busy roofing supplies branch based in Milton Keynes. This role is ideal for someone with experience in merchants or construction products who can manage day-to-day operations while driving commercial growth.

You will be responsible for overseeing branch performance, managing a small team, building relationships with trade customers, and ensuring excellent service delivery. From managing stock and logistics to working closely with suppliers and local contractors, you'll be at the centre of a well-established and growing operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a small on-site team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Drive sales through proactive customer engagement and local networking
  • Manage stock levels, purchasing, and supplier relationships
  • Maintain branch profitability through cost control and commercial decision-making
  • Ensure a safe, organised, and well-maintained working environment
  • Oversee branch logistics, including same/next-day deliveries
