Job description
Responsibilities
  • Lead daily meetings with the Estate Agency team.
  • Coach the team to achieve KPIs and monitor individual performance (including one-to-one meetings).
  • Encourage team development and progression; develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers.
  • Liaise with prospective buyers and arrange property viewings in line with their needs.
  • Negotiate offers and agree sales; ensure the business follows the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.
  • Leading the daily operation of the branch, contributing to building your pipeline and generating new and repeat business.

A day in the life of a Branch Manager includes leading the team, driving performance, and ensuring excellent customer service and compliance.

Qualifications
  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience within Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator, Property Valuer, or higher
  • Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment
  • Clear communication with customers, suppliers, communities and colleagues
  • Ability to create and action business plans relevant to your branch
  • Ability to monitor and assess performance of local competitors
  • Strong understanding of current legislation related to Estate Agency
