This includes leading and motivating a team of sales agents, setting and achieving sales targets, and fostering a culture of excellence in customer service. You'll also be actively involved in listing properties and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Proven experience in a managerial role within the real estate industry, Strong leadership and people management skills, Exceptional customer care/service experience, Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Hold a Full UK driving license.
