Overview

Our client is a leading supplier of painting and decorating supplies providing materials to both trade and retail customers. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Branch Manager to join their organisation. This is a small branch (4 staff) in the West London area. You will lead the team to ensure that sales targets are met, stock is maintained, merchandise is correctly placed, and the customer has the best possible service experience to encourage repeat business. You will also keep in regular contact with the retail customer base to service their needs and secure repeat business.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the branch team (4 staff) to achieve sales targets and maintain stock levels.
  • Ensure merchandise is correctly displayed and provide outstanding customer service to drive repeat business.
  • Maintain regular communication with the retail customer base to understand and service their needs.
  • Manage day-to-day store operations and contribute to a positive store environment.
Working Hours

The role is a 40-hour week from Monday to Saturday (5 working days). When working Saturday, you will have a day off during the week.

Who We Are Looking For
  • Store Managers from retail or trade backgrounds who are seeking their next challenge.
  • Candidates at Assistant Branch Management level or with supervisory experience in a trade supplies background will also be considered.
