Hours: Full-time | Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (with flexibility and on-call requirements)

Hold and maintain CQC registration for the branch.
Develop and deliver safe, effective home care services that meet the evolving needs of clients and the community.
Lead business planning, oversee daily branch operations, and ensure services are delivered efficiently and in line with regulations.
Inspire, support, and manage the care and office teams to uphold the highest standards.
Build strong local partnerships while promoting the branch’s reputation within the area.
Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar leadership role within health or social care.
A collaborative leader who balances empathy with performance and accountability.
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and drive growth.
Deep knowledge of care sector regulations and best practices.

Competitive salary of £45,000.
