Howden is seeking a Branch Manager in the United Kingdom to lead a local insurance branch with responsibility for profit and loss, growth, and client service excellence. You will recruit and coach a team, seek new business opportunities and drive loyalty by delivering superior service.

As a Branch Manager you will be responsible for your own profit & loss, with the freedom to seek out new business opportunities and the support to grow your branch. But it isn't all just bringing in and retaining business, you will also be accountable for the first-rate service that we deliver to our existing clients, through coaching and developing a team, aiming to retain policies and drive loyalty. As such you will have excellent experience and understanding of Personal Lines and/or Commercial

Lines insurance products and services.
