Job Title: Registered Branch Manager

Location: Eastbourne

Salary: £45,000 per annum

Hours: Full-time | Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (with flexibility and on-call requirements)

What You'll Do As a Branch Manager

1. Hold and maintain CQC registration for the branch.
2. Develop and deliver safe, effective home care services that meet the evolving needs of clients and the community.
3. Lead business planning, oversee daily branch operations, and ensure services are delivered efficiently and in line with regulations.
4. Inspire, support, and manage the care and office teams to uphold the highest standards.
5. Build strong local partnerships while promoting the branch's reputation within the area.
