Job summary

LKQ UK & Ireland is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a busy branch, drive sales and oversee daily operations, logistics, and team development. You will manage customer service, safety standards, and performance to achieve KPIs while fostering a high-performance culture.

You will also collaborate with regional teams to maximise opportunities and ensure excellent service across the branch, with a typical 46-hour work week and a focus on people development and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a large branch team, including line management responsibilities.
• Oversee all sales, operations, resources and customer service to hit daily sales targets and KPIs.
• Involve in HR activities—performance management, succession planning and recruitment.
• Ensure Health and Safety compliance and lead a safety-first culture in the branch.
• Demonstrate behaviours aligned with company values and promote a customer-focused mindset.
• Collaborate with field-based teams to maximize customer opportunities.
• Average of 46 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am–6pm and alternate Saturdays 8am–4pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading and motivating a large team to put their best foot forward this includes line management responsibility for the branch team
• Full responsibility for all sales, operations, resource and customer service within the branch in order to ensure that we hit our daily sales targets and operational KPIs
• Have an enthusiastic willingness to have a daily involvement in HR, performance management, succession planning and recruitment our people are our most valuable asset
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and branch standards we need you to lead from the front and drive our safety first culture
