Job summary

LKQ UK & Ireland is seeking a Branch Manager to lead performance, guide a dedicated team, and deliver outstanding service to customers. You will oversee all branch operations—from sales and logistics to people development and customer satisfaction.

If you are a results-driven leader with a passion for excellence, you will drive daily sales targets and KPIs, ensure health and safety standards, and promote a customer-focused culture across the branch.

Responsibilities

• Leading and motivating a large team, including line management responsibility for the branch team.
• Full responsibility for all sales, operations, resource and customer service within the branch to hit daily sales targets and KPIs.
• Involvement in HR, performance management, succession planning and recruitment; our people are our most valuable asset.
• Lead from the front to ensure health and safety and branch standards.
• Promote a customer-focused mindset and collaborate with field teams to maximise opportunities.
• Average of 46 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am–6pm with alternate Saturdays 8am–4pm.

Key Responsibilities
