Role Overview

As the Recruitment Branch Manager for our Bristol branch, you’ll lead a new team with a focus on expanding our reach. You’ll balance your own billing targets alongside branch performance, mentor your team, and drive business growth through strategic candidate and client attraction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage your own recruitment desk with gross profit and hours targets
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of consultants and resourcers to maximize performance
  • Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including service delivery and performance metrics
  • Execute candidate attraction strategies, including advertising and promotional activities
  • Support resourcers in candidate registration, interviewing, testing, and referencing when needed
  • Develop client relationships through canvassing, mailing, and sales activities
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pool to meet client demands
