Job summary

LKQ UK & Ireland is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the branch and drive performance across sales, logistics and customer service. You will manage a large team and be accountable for daily targets while upholding safety and quality standards.

You should be a results-focused leader with excellent communication, business acumen and a hands-on approach to HR, recruitment and employee development, working with field teams across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the branch team with line management responsibility
• Own all sales, operations, resources and customer service to hit daily sales targets and KPIs
• Involvement in HR, performance management, succession planning and recruitment
• Ensure Health and Safety compliance and lead a safety-first culture
• Demonstrate alignment with company core values
• Promote a customer-focused mindset within the branch
• Collaborate with field-based teams to maximise customer opportunities
• Average of 46 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am–6pm and alternate Saturdays 8am–4pm

Key Responsibilities

• Leading and motivating a large team to put their best foot forward this includes line management responsibility for the branch team
• Full responsibility for all sales, operations, resource and customer service within the branch in order to ensure that we hit our daily sales targets and operational KPIs
